If you cancel a booked experience more than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or pre-payment made.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, we will retain your deposit or pre-payment. This is because we reserve time and staff for your booking, and late cancellations leave insufficient time to re-offer the slot to others.

4.2 How to Cancel

You may cancel your booking by contacting us at the contact details provided at booking or via the website. Please include your booking reference number.

4.3 Changes to Bookings

If you wish to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
